"I like to think of this time as a break from a fast paced and very busy life, it’s a chance to really appreciate what you have and just focus on taking care of yourself and those you love. 

I try to keep myself busy and active as much as I can, but of course there are days when I don’t even change out of my pyjamas and that’s fine, we’ve all done that once or twice over these last couple of months."
